Sarah established Humanify HR Consulting in June 2021, after a successful senior leadership career in the private and public sectors. Sarah specialises in workplace relations and is passionate about helping clients create fit-for-purpose industrial relations frameworks that support positive workplace culture.
Sarah is a trained lawyer and holds a Master of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (with merit) from the Australian National University (ANU). Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Canberra, undertaking a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Laws. Since completing her formal studies, Sarah has become a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Sarah provides coaching services to senior executives and is passionate about helping them step into leadership and become future-ready leaders with the skills to motivate and inspire their teams.
Sarah takes a calm and considered approach, drawing on her deep practical HR expertise, that helps clients successfully navigate complex people matters. Sarah has undertaken work and research here in Australia and around the world, including spending time at the University of Canberra, Australian National University, UNSW Canberra and London Business School.
Sarah speaks at conferences and events on various human resources and workplace relations topics. As a sought-after expert in HR, leadership and industrial relations matters, Sarah regularly provides trusted insights in the Australian media including the Sydney Morning Herald, Daily Telegraph, ABC and HR Daily. Sarah was recently a Finalist in the Canberra Women in Business Awards across a number of categories and Winner of the HRD Hot List for Australia/Asia-Pacific in 2025.
Sarah is based in the ACT, yet she provides services to clients right across Australia.
