Jess Moore is a certified LSI practitioner and executive coach, passionate about working with clients to help them succeed to the next level of their careers. Jess consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her clients get maximum value from coaching. Jess takes a contemporary approach to coaching, helping to challenge existing thinking patterns and help clients who might be feeling stuck to push forward with a new sense of purpose to achieve their goals.

Jess is a senior HR professional and certified Gallup Strengths coach and Life Styles Inventory practitioner. Jess brings a wealth of knowledge across a diverse range of HR leadership, change and risk management roles. This diverse experience helps Jess relate to clients, understanding the real workplace challenges they face with the ability to develop practical solutions to overcome obstacles.

Jess also volunteers for a not-for-profit Environmental organisation driving awareness and supporting positive action within the Environmental and Social space. 

Jess is a mum to her young son Franco and lives on the south coast of NSW with her husband and Basil (their French bulldog).
