Jess is a senior HR professional and certified Gallup Strengths coach and Life Styles Inventory practitioner. Jess brings a wealth of knowledge across a diverse range of HR leadership, change and risk management roles. 

Jess also volunteers for a not-for-profit Environmental organisation driving awareness and supporting positive action within the Environmental and Social space. 

Jess is a mum to her young son Franco and lives on the south coast of NSW with her husband and Basil (their French bulldog).
