With more than 20 years working as a career public servant, Narelle is well-positioned to understand people's leadership challenges. Narelle is a certified HR practitioner with AHRI and has a graduate certificate in management.

Narelle is a certified level 2 organisational coach passionate about working with people on their leadership goals and planning their careers, in the direction they feel empowered to be the best they can be.

As an accredited Life Styles Inventory practitioner, Narelle works with individuals to identify their thinking and behaviour styles and provoke insight into strengths and opportunities for growth.

Narelle relocated from Canberra to Darwin with her husband, three daughters and grandson to explore a new life in the tropics.
